For weeks my office was covered in green dust, bowls and bamboo whisks scattered everywhere. My team thought I had gone completely mad. But then came the moment I had been waiting for.

We discovered a matcha that stood out completely. The taste was smooth and rich in umami, the texture silky, the aroma fresh and clean.
